DELIVERY CONCERTS
COVID-19 pandemic that struck in 2020 confined humanity to their homes and forced musicians and artists in general to reinvent their profession, which largely involves interacting with the public and performing in direct contact with others.
In this context, questions arose about how to continue an artistic discourse, communication, and connection with others through art.

Artists and trainers, both in the arts and other fields, found themselves working online, compromising certain aspects of live work but also enabling the exploration of new forms of communication.
We decided to see the "glass half full" and assess the positive aspects of remote connections, which may affect the acoustic quality of a concert hall but still allow for a "connection" with people and moments of reflection and listening.

From a collaboration with a group of musicians residing in different parts of the world (Bolivia, Italy, Switzerland, Germany), united not only by a professional bond but also by long-standing friendship, an experiment was born: the "DELIVERY CONCERTS" series, a fully virtual version of house concerts.

These concerts bring music to people's homes to maintain a "connection," share moments of reflection and listening, and break down barriers of social and physical isolation. While waiting to resume the usual dynamics of live performances, "Delivery Concerts" offered the opportunity every Sunday from April to July to share a unique musical moment, where the artists themselves presented the pieces they performed, establishing a direct and genuine connection with the audience.

The recording of chamber works took place remotely, with a dialogue among the musicians for the overlapping of parts.
The means available for audio and video recordings were, in most cases, non-professional equipment that each person had at home.
For each composition, a video montage was created with images, colors, and videos that evoked or accompanied the atmospheres suggested by the music or the composition's context.
The recordings and video production took place week by week to maintain a sense of "live."
